The contractor will construct two helical pier foundations for two separate mobile ARMAG weapons cleaning units (each 30' x 10' x 10', weighing approximately 44,000 lbs plus 4,000 lbs of equipment). Work includes clearing and grubbing site areas, driving helical piers with torque monitoring, installing non-permanent locking systems, trenching from the units to an exterior electrical panel, and fully commissioning both ARMAG units. The contractor must provide all design, engineered drawings, materials, equipment, permits, tools, labor, travel, licenses, insurance, disposal, and all other expenses. The contractor will also secure and lock the units on the foundation after delivery by base personnel, and perform site restoration and cleanup.
