DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 1:30 pm AKST on August 17, 2026. **Faxed, oral, or physical bids will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: **If you received this solicitation from the State's "Online Public Notice" website, you much register with the Procurement Specialist listed on this document to receive notification of subsequent amendment(s). Failure to contact the Procurement Specialist may result in the rejection of your offer.
The contractor shall perform pre-employment medical examinations (PEME) on new job applicants, including review of health questionnaires, medical examinations (vision, hearing, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, urinalysis, TB testing), drug testing (6-panel drug profile and breath alcohol test), and completion of APSC forms. The contractor shall also conduct fitness-for-duty evaluations (FFDE) on referred employees, including medical history review, medical examinations, and functional assessment reports. Additionally, the contractor shall provide consultation services upon request, including review of treatment plans and recommendations for workplace modifications. The contractor must offer services in the Anchorage area and Fairbanks, Alaska.
