The RFI seeks information on solutions for full integration with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) for automated electronic queries, notifications, and disqualification workflows, and compliance with National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRII) final rule requirements including automated receipt and processing of medical examiner certification data. Capabilities of interest include automated real-time query of DACH data, automated ingestion of NRII medical certification data, workflow automation for CDL disqualification, integration with the existing CDLIS-integrated Driver History Record system, driver and staff notification functionality, reporting and dashboard tools, data conversion and migration services, and ongoing hosting, maintenance, security, and support services.
