The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one-time Upgrade Furnace Interface on the Furnace Vacuum #45 2-Bar Horizontal Front-Loading (Heat Treat) at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) and off base at the contractor’s facility. The customer shall supply and ship the computer hardware and display monitor to the contractor for configuration and software installation. The contractor shall purchase and register one software license: Wonderware InTouch 2023 R2 Wrkst 5kTag/750 Win w/ I/O. The contractor shall perform all in-house software installation and configuration on the provided hardware, return the hardware to the customer, perform on-site installation into the existing cabinet, integrate the Wonderware license with the furnace, and demonstrate that the upgraded interface meets or exceeds the requirements, including security, furnace graphics, process overview, process programming, alarms, and history. The contractor shall be present for the entirety of acceptance testing, and successful demonstration of all events and routines is required for acceptance.
