Demo Mini mute sites

The contractor shall demolish all existing structures at both sites, including lightning towers, concrete footings, slabs, fencing, and electrical services. At the Olanta Site, work includes removing 570 cubic yards of aggregate base, placing 570 cubic yards of topsoil, removing 600 linear feet of chain-link fence, 3,200 linear feet of t-post and barbed wire fence, two lightning towers, two concrete tower footings, one housekeeping slab, 350 linear feet of underground electric service, electrical service racks and pole, approximately 23 ground rods, and 1,000 linear feet of ground ring, followed by hydroseeding 3,500 square yards. At the Kingstree Site, work includes removing 600 linear feet of chain-link fence, 2,100 linear feet of t-post and barbed wire fence, two lightning towers, two concrete tower footings, one housekeeping slab, 350 linear feet of underground electric service, electrical service racks and pole, approximately 23 ground rods, and 1,000 linear feet of ground ring, then placing 200 cubic yards of topsoil and hydroseeding approximately 1,200 square yards. The contractor must also video all work areas prior to starting, comply with all applicable codes and standards, and submit daily reports and dump receipts.
