AMENDMENT 01:
The purpose of this amendment is updating Section L in 3.4.1 to remove the "DUNs" reference and replace with "UEI", incorporating signed SOW attachment (no update to SOW content), extending solicitation deadline to October 19th, and answering industry questions via section A extended amendment description. The proposal deadline is being extended one business day, due to the SOW attachment file in SAM.gov being inaccessible for viewing or download for one business day at the time of the solicitation posting.
Solicitation
The contractor shall manufacture and deliver Missile Extractor Loaders (MEL, P/N 8939689-001) and Vertical Handling Adapters (VHA, P/N 8939750-001), including first article units for government testing. The contract includes CLINs for first article (1 each) and production quantities (10 each) for both MEL and VHA, plus data per CDRLs A001-A005. Delivery is FOB Destination to 300 HWY 361, BLDG 41, Crane, IN 47522-5001. First article is due 6 months after receipt of order (ARO); production units are due 1 qty every 3 months after completion of the first production unit. The contract is firm-fixed-price, with a five-year ordering period from 30 Sep 2026 to 29 Sep 2031, minimum order 2 each, maximum 22 each per order.
