14 WPS Audio/Visual Refresh

The contractor shall provide all management tools, equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to test, tear down, quote, and complete renovations on the 14th Weapons Sq, Hurlburt Field, FL - Building 91048, including installation of new microphone and sound systems, commercial visual displays, and electrical wiring in 1 auditorium and 4 classrooms. Work includes replacing or removing all current visual and sound overhead wiring, updating wiring to integrate new media cabinets with existing projectors, installing a control box/panel to switch between all audio and video capabilities, and ensuring all equipment handles NIPRnet and SIPRNet. In the auditorium, the contractor will install a new media cabinet, integrate 4 video sources (GFE Document Camera, NIPR PC, SIPR PC, and VTC camera), renovate audio systems to one integrated system with at least 6 operating speakers and 6 XLR hard-wired microphones with mute functionality, install or renovate equipment for video telecommunications with 1080p resolution and motorized camera, replace the East-facing projector and both projection screens. In the classrooms (rooms 118, 119, 120, and 133), the contractor will update wiring for sound to existing speakers, integrate Ideum Pro tables, install or repurpose media cabinets, ensure projectors can display different and duplicate video sources, and add a media cabinet in room 120. The contractor must provide a minimum 18-month warranty on workmanship and installation, and 18-month troubleshooting for existing equipment. Upon completion, the contractor must clean all debris, turn in removed equipment, conduct a 100% Systems Acceptance Test, provide documentation (equipment list, cable routing schedule, signal-flow diagram), and provide on-site training for up to 5 personnel.
