The vendor must receive and install government-identified law enforcement equipment on a Chevy Silverado 1500 SSV, including window tinting, interior LED light strip, headlight flashers, rear and side lights, tailgate strip lighting, heavy duty winch-ready grill guard, 360° intersection lights, console, interior overhead lights, siren controller and speaker, vertical dual rifle/shotgun gun rack, custom modular wiring harness, 5G cell phone booster, radio-ready wiring, roof antennae, graphics, winch, prisoner cage/partition, and K9-specific equipment as needed. The vendor must also remove equipment from decommissioned vehicles, prep them for auction, and provide storage. The facility must be within two hours of Bloomington MN or Sherburne NWR - Zimmerman MN. Completion and delivery must occur within 90 calendar days of vehicle arrival.
