This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005427Q0008.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20260507. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Ships Service Diesel Generator (SSDG) Resilient Mount Replacement and Heat Exchanger parts that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new.
No refurbished or used parts will be accepted. Pursuant to FAR 13.501(a), acquisition to be processed as a Brand Name acquisition. See attached Brand Name Justification (Attachment II).
The contractor shall supply and deliver 20 EA Gasket (part 174-7792), 110 EA Mount Assy (part 180-1483), 660 EA Bolt (part 7X-0386), and 40 EA Single Fuel Injector Gasket Kit (part 479-1622) to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Towaway Bldg. X136, Norfolk, VA 23511. All parts shall be new; no refurbished or used parts will be accepted. Delivery shall be FOB Destination with shipping cost included in the quote.
