The contractor must provide a rugged handheld chemical analyzer (Gemini with Low Dose ID, S5, English, Grey Boot, P/N 800-0347-01) that meets minimum requirements including Raman and FTIR spectroscopy, portable field-deployable identification of unknown chemicals, onboard spectral libraries, and battery-powered operation. Also required are a Gemini Test Kit (100) English (P/N 810-02551-01), a Gemini - HazMaster G3 S/W License Key (P/N 810-02351-01), and on-site training (4-hour course for 12 attendees). Delivery is FOB Destination to St. Cloud VA Health Care System, Warehouse Building 14, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303, within 30 days ARO.
