The contractor must provide one new, in-production, manufacturer-supported high-frequency oscilloscope meeting minimum specifications: sample rate of 12.0 GS/s per channel for at least two channels, frequency range DC to 6 GHz (not exceeding 8 GHz), RMS noise floor not exceeding 350 uV at 2 mV/div, dynamic range exceeding 106 dB, memory depth exceeding 200 Mpoints at 12.0 GS/s, front-panel display, powered by 120V-60Hz single phase AC (max 15 Amps), and capable of automation via SCPI commands over USB and/or Ethernet. The oscilloscope must be delivered to NIST-Boulder, 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305, no earlier than 60 days after release of order. The contractor must provide electronic manuals and a perpetual license key. A 3-year warranty covering labor and parts, and a 3-year calibration plan covering labor, spare parts, and software updates are required.
