The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Advanced Marketing and Marketing Analysis. This includes developing a COARNG RRB microsite with up to 86 personalized landing pages, a live user dashboard, a Lead Management System with email and SMS platforms, call tracking and analytics, directory listings management, and a digital asset management system. The contractor will execute Google Search, Google Call, Geofence/Geo-conquest, and Meta lead generation and retargeting campaigns, conduct market research and keyword management, purchase media on behalf of the COARNG RRB (with an annual not-to-exceed ceiling of $100,000), provide marketing analysis including annual strategic marketing plans, quarterly GIS analytic studies, monthly analytics meetings and reports, and attend semi-annual training meetings virtually.
