Provide service for laundry, drycleaning, and alterations in support of cadets attending Clarksville-Montgomery eight county high schools Junior Reserve Officer Corps (JROTC) in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained herein.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform laundry and dry cleaning (L&DC) and alteration/repair services for Army Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) Uniforms and Army Service/Dress Uniform (ASU). Services include pick-up and delivery from eight high schools, laundering, dry cleaning, pressing, alterations (major and minor), repairs, and making name tags and attaching patches. The contractor must maintain accountability and tracking of all items, and complete services within four business days of notification.
