The supplier must provide transportation services for mail along a specified route from Duchesne, UT to Tabiona, Hanna, Fruitland, and return, operating daily except Sundays and holidays. Duties include casing, loading, transporting, and unloading all classes of mail, exchanging mail through locked lobbies or collection boxes, using scanning devices when instructed, and performing contract delivery services such as delivering mail to customer boxes, collecting mail, and selling stamps and supplies. The supplier must provide a vehicle with at least 120 cubic feet of load space, equipped with a roof-mounted warning light and a cellular phone for two-way communication. The supplier is responsible for all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance, and must comply with all safety, screening, and identification requirements.
