Detroit VAMC Steris Medivator Reprocessor Service Agreement
The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to service two Medivators Endoscope High Level Disinfectors (Reprocessors) located in SPS, lower level at the Detroit VA Medical Center. Services include initial phone contact within four hours of a service call, unscheduled repair service onsite between 8am and 5pm local time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays/weekends) with a 48-hour response for one unit down and 24-hour response if both are down, and scheduled preventive maintenance including inspection, evaluation, and replacement of components and PM kits. All services must conform to NFPA, OSHA, and OEM standards.
