The United States Air Force through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB 73145 is contemplating the Remanufacture (supply) of B-2 Aft Equipment Bay Door Actuator, NSN: 1680-01-368-2107. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish remanufacture. The work encompasses the disassembly cleaning, inspection, maintenance re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions required to return the item to a like-new condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments.
An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated with a 3-Year, 2-year basic and one 1-year option.
The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to remanufacture the B-2 Aft Equipment Bay Door Actuator to a like-new condition through disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing and finishing in accordance with the solicitation requirements and technical orders. The work includes 100% replacement of ball bearings and gaskets/o-rings with new parts, replacement or restoration of other components not meeting inspection criteria, initial production evaluation on three units, quality acceptance by DCMA at the remanufacture site, Item Unique Identification marking, and reporting through CAV AF with DD1348-1A and Receiving Report DD250 in PIEE.
