Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) is seeking a contractor to provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform maintenance and repair of chillers. All quotes must be submitted and work must done iAW all attached documents.
The contractor will perform monthly preventive maintenance checks and services on 16 In-Row RC chillers, model #ACRC301S, located in building 988, rooms 146 and 153, Little Rock AFB. Tasks include environmental inspections (visual inspection, checking for damage), mechanical/electrical inspections (checking power, fans, LEDs, water leaks), system performance checks (recording temperatures, flow rates, alarm logs), and preventive maintenance (cleaning/replacing air filters, checking condensate pans, cleaning coils, updating firmware). The contractor must also provide site reports within 24 hours of each visit and perform unscheduled corrective maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting and replacement of internal components such as sensors, power supplies, fan assemblies, control boards, and internal piping, using OEM Schneider Electric APC parts. The contractor must have a qualified technician on-site by the next business day following notification of a unit failure.
