The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the complete functioning electrical system, including power feeders, safety switches, and final connections of mechanical equipment. Work includes hazardous material abatement; refurbishment of the office space, including painting and carpet replacement; security upgrades to doors; and mechanical and electrical renovations, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) improvements, in accordance with the approved design and project requirements outlined in the statement of work and drawings.
