The 55th Contracting Squadron requires services for essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS), Long Distance Telecommunication (LDTS), International Telecommunication Services (ITS), and features supporting Offutt AFB, NE. The LTS will support installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).
Questions are due to the Contracting Office no later than 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to questions submitted by this deadline will be posted to this notice as soon as they are available.

The contractor must provide Local Telecommunication Services (LTS), Long Distance Telecommunication Services (LDTS), International Telecommunication Services (ITS), and features supporting Offutt AFB, NE. The LTS will support installation 24/7/365. The proposed solution shall provide two SIP Trunks, each configured to support a minimum of 200 concurrent voice calls, complete installation, configuration, and integration of the SIP trunks at Buildings 1000 and 185, local, domestic long-distance, and international voice calling capabilities, and 24/7/365 technical support for outages, service interruptions, and degraded system performance. Pricing shall be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for all required services.
