IPP Invoicing and Payment Provisions
To avoid delay in payment, all invoices must be uploaded into the invoicing processing platform (IPP) (https://www.ipp.gov). The invoice must match the line item description on the purchase order. It must also state that payment is to be made using a three-way match.
You are reminded that only the contracting officer of record can make any changes to this award any changes made at the direction of the program without an executed modification and null and void and are done at the contractor's own risk.
The contractor shall provide all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform instrument validation, remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, on-site service including parts and labor for preventative maintenance and break-fix service, and software updates for the Incucyte S3 (SNs 56106/51106). Travel costs and labor are included. The contractor will provide a trained technician and brand name parts. The government will provide access to the instrument at 9808 Medical Center Dr., Rockville MD 20850, with access restricted during federal holidays and after business hours (8am–5pm Monday through Friday).
