The contractor will furnish all necessary personnel, materials, services, and facilities to perform architect and engineering services. The scope includes interior design services, office space renovations, conference rooms, feasibility studies, Program of Requirements (POR) development, BSL2 laboratory and laboratory support space upgrades and renovations, animal facilities upgrades and renovations, and specialty lab upgrades. The contractor must provide mechanical, electrical, structural, landscape and/or civil engineering plus architectural, laboratory planning, interior design, asbestos survey, scheduling and estimating services. Services also include design concept review, working drawings, specifications, review of shop drawings, CADD/Building Information Modeling (BIM), and post design and/or inspection services as identified in the Statement of Work.
