The contractor shall manufacture and deliver AGSU Shoes, Dress, Oxford for men and women in accordance with GL-PD-19022B and GL-PD-19023B, respectively. The procurement includes two lots: Lot 0001 (unrestricted with HUBZone preference, 60% of requirement) and Lot 0002 (100% small business set-aside, 40% of requirement). Each lot will result in a three-year base term contract with tiered pricing. Quantities include guaranteed minimums, annual estimated quantities, and maximums. Delivery is FOB Destination to Travis Association for the Blind in Austin, TX, with inspection/acceptance at origin. Initial production lead time is 180 days; subsequent lead time is 150 days.
