The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the offer due date and time to 15 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). This amendment also updates the Performance Work Statement, Attachment 02, Block 10, and adds clauses 52.222-43 and 52.247-27. A "Questions and Answers" attachment is also attached with the Government's responses to vendor inquiries.

Questions and Answers - Towing 21SEP26
This requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a single awardee to provide 24/7 towing, recovery, and wincing services in support of the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz located in Guam.
See attached Solicitation - N6264926QH048 for details. For submittal instructions, refer to Attachment 02.
Services include standard towing, recovery/winching, accident recovery, vehicle relocation, and towing of disabled government tactical vehicles, commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles. The contractor must maintain 24-hour dispatch capabilities and meet response times of within 45 minutes for emergency/hazard and standard service, and within 60 minutes for after-hours/remote service. The contractor must provide equipment for light-duty (up to 10,000 lbs. GVWR), medium-duty (10,001-26,000 lbs. GVWR), and heavy-duty (greater than 26,000 lbs. GVWR) towing. The contractor must also maintain specified insurance coverages including workers' compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and on-hook/garagekeepers coverage.
