The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) 15F06726R0000239, CIRG MESH Technology Program, as a total small business set‑aside. The FBI requires the procurement of additional Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET)compatible radios, RF modules, antennas, and associated accessories to expand the capacity of the FBI’s existing tactical communications architecture.
This acquisition is a brand‑name only requirement for Persistent Systems Wave Relay® radios and accessories to ensure full compatibility and interoperability with the FBI’s currently deployed tactical communications systems.
The contractor shall provide Brand Name, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items for all products listed in the enclosed Product Pricing Matrix (Attachment 1). The contractor shall deliver Persistent System items within 120 days after receipt of order, shipped FOB Destination to all FBI (and other approved Federal government) locations within the continental United States (CONUS). The contractor shall also provide training and set up for products as the FBI requires, with travel and lodging cost included in vendor’s pricing.
