The Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) has a requirement for chemical water treatment services including inspections, water testing, and chemical water treatment.

The contractor shall provide comprehensive chemical water treatment services for the Whiteriver Indian Health Service Unit (WRSU) at 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona. The scope includes monthly onsite inspections, water testing, and chemical water treating for the Central Plant cooling towers, Central Plant condensing hydronic boilers, Central Plant water softener, Central Plant heating closed loop, Central Plant cooling closed loop, SSB cooling tower, and SSB heating and cooling closed loop. The contractor shall also test and report makeup water characteristics, chemically treat water to keep systems free from scale, corrosion, microbiological contamination, and freezing, and provide all chemical testing reagents, testing kits, testing instrumentation, and treatment chemicals. Deliverables include proof of qualifications, chemical water testing for specified parameters, chemical water treatment to meet Table 1 ranges, inspection of chemical feed and control equipment, water treatment equipment testing, monthly reporting to the COR within 7 days of the mid-month onsite visit, and provision of Program Manuals.
