TECHNICAL EVENT SERVICES PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION - Ann. subscription includes pre-event testing, day-of support and post event reporting. Pricing is per event (min.1). Unused events expire each subscription year end. Remote only. T & E not included.

Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements for Government Customers.
(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.
(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.
(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT.

The proposal due date under this RFQ is August 14, 2026 by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
The contractor must provide a Rev Private - Named User Subscription for 6,000 users per year for a video platform managing and accessing Live and On-Demand video for Private Cloud and On Prem, including user and admin portal, reporting, and support. Additionally, the contractor must provide a Technical Event Services Premium Subscription per event (minimum 1 per year) including pre-event testing, day-of support, and post-event reporting, remote only, with unused events expiring each subscription year end.
