KFFO-GERBER GS INTERIOR PAINTING

The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, services, and equipment necessary to perform the painting of walls and ceilings in selected rooms at the Gerber Guard Station. Duties include necessary preparation work, painting of select walls and ceilings, providing BLM with a copy of all documentation, and cleanup and disposal. Preparation and painting must conform to paint manufacturers' recommendations. The BLM desires to use Sherwin Williams paint; an alternative brand may be used with BLM consent. The contractor must use paint formulated for ceiling applications for interior ceilings and scuff resistant and washable paint for interior walls. Colors provided by BLM are 'Extra White' for ceilings and 'Agreeable Gray' for walls.
