Azithromycin Tablets Solicitation

The contractor shall provide Azithromycin 250 MG Tablet (6-count and 30-count bottles), Azithromycin 500 MG Tablet (3-count and 30-count bottles), and Azithromycin 600 MG Tablet (30-count bottle) to DLA and VA Prime Vendor contractors for distribution to DoD, VA, IHS, and BoP ordering activities. The contractor must enter into business-to-business agreements with each PPV contractor, deliver orders within 15 calendar days after receipt of order, and comply with all labeling, packaging, and FDA requirements including bar code labeling and cGMP standards. The contractor shall also submit quarterly sales reports and pay a 0.5% cost recovery fee.
