This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Fire Pit Maintenance at Fairchild AFB. Please see attached RFQ and attachments for more details.

The contractor shall maintain and repair the Aircraft Fire Rescue Training Facility (AFRTF), structural trainer, and conservation pond at Fairchild AFB, WA. Work includes scheduled maintenance (winterization, de-winterization, summer inspection), routine inspections, system checks on igniters, air systems, electrical and propane components, cathodic protection, HDPE liner maintenance, and non-routine/unscheduled repairs. The contractor must provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor.
