CSO- Recuperator Press Modification Replacement
The Contractor shall design, manufacture, deliver, install, and demonstrate the functional operation of a custom 60-Ton 4-Cylinder Hydraulic Recuperator Press modification or replacement, including full replacement of obsolete parts, 4 load cells in series with a summation function displayed on a control panel, a separated pneumatic system for leak checking, and a control system with memory to store a minimum of 2,500 test reports. The press must meet specified verification and validation test requirements, including ramping to a target load from 0 lbs up to 20,000 lbs with a tolerance of +/- 25 lbs or 0.125% Full Scale, and stepping to pneumatic loads up to 250 psig with a tolerance of +/- 1 psig or 0.4% FS. The Contractor shall also provide comprehensive operator and maintenance training and conduct operational and performance tests witnessed by the ANAD Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer's Representative.
