The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure Helmets, Clothing, Individual Equipment, as specified on the attached spreadsheet in support of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), located in New Cumberland, PA. This requirement is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the country of KENYA under Case ZB-B-VAF. The Government anticipates the issuance of one or more commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject Combined synopsis/solicitation and RFQ Spreadsheet.
Brand name or equal supplies are requested to be quoted and specified by the offeror as seen on the attached spreadsheet.
The contractor must provide brand name or equal supplies including FAST SF High Cut Helmets (vented with OCC dial, Ranger Green, sizes Medium, Large, X-Large), Pouch Zip On Back Panel 2.0, MRB-2-0 Battle Belt, Black Diamond Carabiner, ATC-Guide Belay Device, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads, Rappelling Gloves (925T), Climbing Harness, and CRX Pulley, all as specified on the RFQ spreadsheet. All items must be new, Berry Amendment compliant, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The contractor will prepare shipment for delivery and contact the freight forwarder; no shipping costs should be included.
