FDIC-Palo Alto Hardware and Professional Service Consultation.

The contractor shall review the FDIC’s current pilot design and configurations of Prisma Access and ADEM and recommend improvement as needed. For production deployment, the Contractor shall understand FDIC’s requirements, plan the architecture and design, help the FDIC with the required configurations, and support testing and operational troubleshooting. The work will also cover the integration with other FDIC systems and services to ensure the ecosystem works end to end. It includes but is not limited to: discuss and understand FDIC Requirements, review current FDIC pilot configurations and performance, recommend improvement to current FDIC configurations as needed, plan and design the production deployment of Prisma Access, plan and design panorama layout and configuration hierarchies for multi-tenant Prisma production deployment, plan and support Prisma Access Multi-tenant environment, configure, comply with and support FDIC’s Secure Baseline Configuration Guide (SBCG), support FDIC in Change Control Board, Security Impact Assessment, and other board approvals as needed, integrate with other FDIC systems and services to ensure Prisma Access works end to end, troubleshoot and support Prisma Access and related system operational needs, troubleshoot and support performance related issues and concerns, troubleshoot and support operational and business needs and requirements, evaluate current FDIC ADEM deployment setup in the pilot, recommend ADEM configuration improvement as needed, setup common application testing and custom application testing in ADEM, support other issues that may come up during the Prisma Access or ADEM deployment.
