This presolicitation notice is provided in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.201-1(c)(2)(1) and serves to provide notification to all interested businesses for an upcoming solicitation for non-personal services to provide weekly Level 2 cleaning services of Building 1085 at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. Further details regarding anticipated performance requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The anticipated Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be solicited directly to interested vendors in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.201 simplified procedures. Any responsible sources who wish to be included in the competition for the direct solicitation should request a copy of the anticipated RFQ from both Government Points of Contact listed on this notice as soon as possible. The anticipated issue date for the direct solicitation is approximately 10 days after issuance of this presolicitation notice.

Anticipated Award Date: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under the anticipated solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the anticipated solicitation, either before or after release. In the event the Government cancels the anticipated solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The contractor must provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform weekly Level 2 cleaning of approximately 15,000 square feet of common/shared spaces in Building 1085. Tasks include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping all facility floors, wiping down refrigerators, cleaning stairwells, auditorium, computer room, game room, laundry room, gym, drinking fountains, dusting tables and furniture, removing trash, and stocking supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, trash bags). The contractor must also clean hard floors, carpeted floors, stairways, walk-off mats, restrooms, and perform low dusting. Work is performed during normal hours 0730-1630 Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. The first cleaning must be completed within 30 days of award, with subsequent cleanings weekly.
