Social Media Management

The contractor shall provide a secure, enterprise-level social media management platform (SaaS) with capabilities for centralized account management, publishing, monitoring, archiving, analytics, and compliance across DoWEA's official social media accounts, including up to 200 school Facebook pages and 200 school Instagram accounts. The solution must include social media monitoring with real-time alerts, post scheduling and approval workflows, content archiving for FOIA compliance, social listening across major platforms, and reporting. The contractor shall also provide technical support, asynchronous webinars or SCORM-compliant training modules, and a transition plan for data migration at contract end. The platform must be FedRAMP Moderate authorized or equivalent, meet DoD Cloud Computing SRG Impact Level 2, and integrate with DoWEA's enterprise identity provider via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. All data remains the sole property of the Government and must be returned upon contract expiration.
