This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 221210 with a size standard of 1,150 Employees. This is for an IDIQ contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) year. The requirements and delivery timeframes are listed within the attached Statement of Work. I

All quotes shall be in U.S. Dollars
The contractor shall deliver propane to 500-gallon on-site tanks at DLA DS San Diego (4790 Cummings Rd., BLDG 3655, San Diego, CA 92136) and DLA DS Pendleton (C Avenue, Building 2241, Marine Corp Base, Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA 92055) on an as-needed basis. Deliveries must be made within three business days after request, between 0730-1400 Monday through Friday. The contractor shall send a confirmation email with estimated quantity, delivery date, and price per gallon, and provide a written receipt upon delivery. The contractor shall invoice monthly through the DoD Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
