This project will provide annual performance testing and inspection of the listed Joint Base Andrews Fire Department’s apparatus in alignment with NFPA 1911 and other applicable standards, including manufacturer guidelines and local regulations. REVIEW THE PWS AND ALL ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILS.

The contractor will perform annual performance testing and inspection of five fire apparatus (ENG 741, ENG 742, ENG 743, Quint 74, Tanker 74) at Joint Base Andrews, MD, in accordance with NFPA 1911. Testing will be conducted one vehicle at a time to maintain emergency response capability. The contractor is responsible for all test equipment and must not perform repairs or replace items. Work hours are 0700-1700 Monday through Saturday. The base period is 15SEP2026 to 15NOV2026, with four option years.
