This is a Solicitation for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1 clinically managed low‑intensity residential treatment for 90‑days.
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, facilities, transportation, supplies, and services necessary to provide ASAM Level 3.1 residential treatment to adult male clients, capacity 20 beds, for 90-day episodes. Services include referrals, intake, diagnostic assessment and plan of care, individual and group SUD counseling/therapy, drug screening, care coordination and recovery supports, medication storage and administration, and discharge planning. The contractor must provide a minimum of five hours per week of SUD counseling/therapy, conduct weekly drug screening, and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage. The contractor shall also provide transportation for clients, maintain a facility meeting DC regulations, and submit various reports including a Monthly Program Activity Report.
