26-SIMACQ-E30-0034 Cell Phone Repeater Removal and Replacement

The contractor must remove existing cell phone repeater systems (NODE A in Building 522 and SureCall Force5 in Building 523) and install new systems providing sufficient 4G/5G signal for consistent and reliable voice and data service for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all other carrier services in all spaces of Buildings 522 and 523. Building 522 is approximately 24,400 SF over 2 floors; Building 523 is approximately 12,100 SF on 1 floor, both of cinder block construction. The work includes rooftop donor antennas and weather-rated mounting. A site visit is available; roof access and escort will be provided. Photographs may be taken but must be reviewed afterward, and the 2210/2 form must be completed. RF test equipment requires prior submission and approval of the 2210/4 PED form.
