This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,300 employees.
This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Hull repair services on two small boats in Newport, Oregon

See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.
Inspect and repair the hull of hydro survey launches RA3 and RA4; replace engine mounts; renew hull paint; conduct fire and safety inspection of fixed and portable fire systems. Work includes extracting fuel, disconnecting interferences, welding hull repairs with 5000 series marine aluminum, non-destructive dye-penetrant testing, filling and sanding pitting, applying primer, epoxy and anti-fouling paint, installing sacrificial anodes, and conducting a final sea trial.
