Provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to patch/repair roof sections of building 1401 (MX Hangar), 1461 (OPS Hangar) and 1464 (Garage) at 1461 N Perimeter Rd, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045. Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements. No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement. US Coast Guard Base Cleveland intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.

Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Kara Davis at kara.a.davis@uscg.mil no later than 5 August 2026 10:00 AM Eastern Time on the attached “Request for Information” form. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. Late questions may not be answered on time.
Quote shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Kara Davis at kara.a.davis@uscg.mil no later than 12 August 2026, 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

The contractor must commence work within 5 calendar days and complete the entire contract within 30 calendar days after receipt of a Notice of Award.
