The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the acquisition of CAMPING COTS & PORTABLE HVAC.
All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16136761 no later than August 26, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
The contractor must supply extra large portable bunk camping cots with carry bags (set of 2, 500 lb capacity per cot, black) and portable industrial HVAC systems (40,000 BTU cooling/heating, 208V single-phase, 60 Hz, with dual air distribution duct system, aluminum structure, wheels/transport cart, max weight 270 kg). The contractor must also provide transportation and delivery service in Bogota. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order. The items will be donated to the Government of Colombia.
