The contractor shall furnish management, personnel, materials, equipment and documentation to implement a comprehensive inspection-driven integrated pest management program for all buildings and grounds in Exhibit 1, including monitoring, trapping, exclusion, sanitation recommendations, least-toxic pesticide use, control of structural arthropods, flying insects, bed bugs, lice, fleas, stored-product pests, rodents by trapping, birds and other vertebrates, insect light trap installation and service, drain bacteria/enzyme treatment, annual exterior perimeter treatment, follow-up and retreatment, service reports and sensitive-area procedures for food, patient and critical areas.
