The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete re-drilling a water well at USDA ARS in Las Cruces, NM, to a depth of 500ft with casing, in accordance with the Statement of Work and other attachments. The work includes an additional cost per foot to drill to water. Delivery is 60 days after Notice to Proceed to the location at 17000 Jornada Road, Las Cruces, NM 88012.
