The contractor shall provide a barcode-driven specimen tracking and workflow management platform including all hardware (server, computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, barcode scanners, wall/desk mounts, power cords), software, licensing, interfaces, implementation services, workflow configuration, validation assistance, training, maintenance, and support. The system must support surgical pathology accessioning, grossing, embedding, microtomy, IHC, special stains, slide assembly, pathology office case management, case distribution and sign-out, reporting, and chain-of-custody. It must integrate with Oracle Health/Cerner and VISTA, and connect to Roche Ventana and Leica Bond III instruments. The contractor shall provide on-site and/or virtual training, validation assistance, go-live support, and a 12-month warranty. Delivery is FOB Destination within 90 days of award.
