THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. IAW RFO 12.102(a)
The contractor must provide phone and site support for the RIA-JMTC Plating Shop Aucos system when software failures and faults occur, including rectifier services (PM/calibration/repair/parts) for all rectifiers in the plating department. The contractor will provide two site visits per year for preventative maintenance, including backup of PLC and PC programs, hardware checks, database updates, network connectivity checks, and software bug fixes. The contractor will also provide one-time Aucos onsite training covering PLC programming and higher-level software architecture. Phone support must be provided during normal business hours (0700-1500 CST, Monday-Friday), with on-site response within 72 hours if phone support cannot resolve the issue.
