The contractor must provide 125 ceiling lift systems (GH3+ 825lb hoist with integrated scale, wifi, CLM and Service), including all material (track, trolleys, hoist, LED hand-control) and ceiling hardware to install ceiling lifts, certified installation (non-union labor) in typical 4m x 3m rooms (1 room per day, 1 mobilization), removal and disposal of old ceiling lifts and track systems, Care 3 Warranty Package, Additional Education (1 day, 8 hrs), BioMed Training (8 hour onsite troubleshooting class for up to 6 technicians), Wifi Enabled CLM Activation, disposable and reusable sling kits, and a 10-year comprehensive 3G Program warranty (annual inspection, unlimited service repairs, 10 weeks of peer leader training and sling audits). Electrical work, existing structure demo, modification, or reinstallation including ceilings, walls, tile, patching, painting, acoustic caulking, asbestos abatement, smoke/fire wall repair, fireproofing reapplication, sprinkler relocation and door header modification is outside the scope of work for installers.
