The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for trash enclosure repair projects across the campus.
Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0015" for full details regarding this requirement. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform repairs on multiple trash enclosures located on the 126 ARW campus. Work includes demolishing and disposing of deteriorated fencing and masonry, realigning and reinforcing a brick pillar, constructing a new CMU wall with brick cladding at Building 5000, core drilling and installing new steel posts and gate panels, and reinstalling fence panels and hardware at two dumpster enclosures. The contractor must also coordinate dumpster relocation, maintain FOD control near active aircraft aprons, and comply with all applicable UFC, NFPA, NEC, and other regulations.
