All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov.
The Government seeks additional discounts.

The contractor shall deliver two KBT-RAM Kinetic Breaching Tool Ram Kits to the U.S. Marshals Service - CARFTF at 8720 Morrissette Drive, Springfield, VA 22152, within 30 days after receipt of order. The items must meet the technical specifications in USMS-0015, and open boxes 'Used Like Amazon' are acceptable. The contract includes a base period of performance from 09/15/2026 to 09/14/2027.
