The contractor shall supply commercially available Turbine Fuel, Aviation JA1 (NSN 9130-01-305-4096) and Turbine Fuel, Aviation JAA (NSN 9130-01-305-4097) for into-plane delivery, FOB Destination, at airport locations including Guayaquil, Guatemala City, San Salvador, Exuma, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Quito, Bogota, Panama City, Liberia, Nassau, Belize City, Lima, Montevideo and Bermuda. Pricing is per U.S. gallon with Economic Price Adjustment tied to Platts references, orders are placed by authorized users signing delivery receipts, and the contractor must be fully operational by the start of performance.
