AMENDMENT FOUR RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, technical support, upgrades, and system management for all CCTV across the VA San Diego Healthcare System, including all CBOCs. Services include on-site and remote support, Avigilon licenses and software/firmware updates, quarterly preventive maintenance, corrective repairs for damaged or nonfunctional equipment, and on-demand work order response for moves, adds, changes, professional services, OEM support renewals, and equipment purchases/install. The contractor must maintain a 24-hour maximum communication response and 24–48-hour on-site response time for work orders. Personnel must hold Avigilon Preferred Partner Certification, Asbestos O&M Certification, and OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications.
